WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF KEYAIR ANGELS™?

KeyAir Angels™ is designed to show that beautiful women can work and strive to be a role model, a professional, an inspiration, and a representation of something positive through legitimate hard work and dedication as opposed to just using their good looks to have things handed to them. We will do charity work and help legitimate probable causes such as our breast cancer awareness campaign and clothing drive. This organization is also structured to help the Angels themselves reach success within this organization such as giving them opportunities to model, do video shoots, network, learn the inner workings of their particular industry of interest, and gain experience working with other people as well as maturing as young women and as professionals . With all that said, we are accomplishing all these things successfully without being explicit, dramatic, and envious of one another. KeyAir Angels™ will be one of the 1st modern all-woman businesses that represent both something real and something true.

HOW DO YOU BECOME AN ANGEL?

Apply at keyairangels.tumblr.com/submit or just by clicking on the “Apply?” link above.  Send 3 pictures of yourself. No more and no less. Also include a bio of yourself following the guidelines given in the application. If you do not follow these guidelines correctly, your submission becomes void and you will not receive a response. If your photos will not upload, email them to keyairangels@gmail.com.

Selected applicants are automatically accepted into KeyAir Angels™ as Team HALO Angels which is the substance of KeyAir Angels. They are the reason why KeyAir Angels spreads and grows.

The only difference between the Official KeyAir Angels and the Team HALO  Angels is that TeamHALO will not be booked for video shoots, photoshoots, sent merchandise from other companies that KeyAir Angels™ is working with (for promotional purposes) and will not show on the Official KeyAir Angels page. They are, however, all Angels and all members of the KeyAirAngels™ organization. All Angels are expected to spread the Angel brand and promote beauty, encouragement, and positivity as well as uphold our KeyAir Angel reputation in the utmost best way possible. The Official KeyAir Angels are in the agency branch so, as any agency, it is a little harder to be accepted into.

Being accepted is not about being the most gorgeous girl however, aesthetics does play a major part in being chosen. Many really gorgeous girls have submitted and not been accepted if it’s apparent that they regularly wear (what we believe to be) too much makeup or the photos they submitted are over-edited or if we feel that the type of person they are will clash with the other Angels and cause drama or just completely misrepresent what we’ve stated this group of women is supposed to represent. We have to see somewhere somehow or just get a good vibe that you’re a genuine person. Ingenuity is so important within KeyAir Angels™. 

WHY AREN’T THERE ANY DARK GIRLS ON HERE? THERE’S ONLY LIGHT SKIN GIRLS WITH CURLY HAIR.

Our sole purpose is not to make KeyAir Angels™ a light skin curly hair coalition. Also, there are actually dark skin Angels. Please always feel free to send us suggestions and we definitely will look into them. We won’t stop accepting light skin girls or start accepting dark skin girls just for their skin tone just to create a balance. All skin tones are gorgeous. That, and the texture of your hair is irrelevant in making the decision whether to make someone an Angel or not. The multitude of cultural backgrounds and races and ethnicities in this organization is amazing. Unfortunately, there is more of a focus on whether an Angel is either light or dark rather than the
abundance of different cultural backgrounds and nationalities.

WHEN WILL WE KNOW WHETHER WE’VE BEEN CHOSEN TO BE AN ANGEL OR NOT AFTER APPLYING?

Every applicant that correctly followed the guidelines will be notified whether they were accepted or not. We will not reply to applications that are outside of the guidelines as stated exactly. Expected time of acceptance varies. You will be notified though.

WHY AREN’T THERE ANY PLUS SIZE ANGELS?

It has never, is not, and will never be our intention to exclude plus sized women from being Angels. We don’t want to purposely give anyone the impression that Angels are only skinny women, in shape, light skinned, curly hair, etc. We will agree there aren’t alot but we will not agree that there aren’t enough. We don’t have a rubric for a particular ratio of plus sized to skinny Angels. It’s never been our intent for KeyAir Angels™ to be the reason anyone feels bad about who they are or uncomfortable in their own skin. Plus sized women are more than welcome to apply.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Ladies younger than 16 years of age are prohibited from joining KeyAir Angels™.
